A section of the stripe of stone wall has turned to wood, and the Voice says "The door, unlocked, is open to you. The way out is there, but do you want to go through?" Before you can change your mind, you walk up to the door. You see writing, but because only a stripe of the door is vissible, you cannot make it out. Slowly you make the door visible by rubbing your hands against it, and you can see what they say.
